We have created our own URBZ standard®, which is the ultimate and ideal blueprint that consists of key sustainability and technological standards against which we benchmark our buildings. Look at what you have and improve, for example by renovating, before developing something new. There is no ‘one size that fits all’, especially in existing real estate. It is simply not possible to immediately bring all assets to the highest level. This has to be the result of a custom set of investments over time.
