Sarah Blein – Investment Manager

Sarah is an accomplished investment professional with over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. She previously worked with Prologis in Europe and Brazil, where she was responsible for the investment services department in multiple geographies. Sarah's expertise in logistics real estate and her keen analytical skills ensure that our investment strategies are both innovative and effective. Additionally, she has held key roles with major companies such as LaSalle IM, Vesteda and KPMG. As an Investment Manager at URBZ, Sarah is responsible for deal sourcing and execution, driving strategic investment decisions and enhancing our portfolio.

Floris Bune – Partner, Development & ESG

As a partner at URBZ, Floris brings nearly 20 years of experience in logistics real estate. He specializes in development and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives. Floris has a proven track record of managing complex development projects and seamlessly integrating sustainable practices into real estate operations. His deep expertise ensures that our projects achieve the highest development standards while adhering to rigorous ESG criteria, fostering both growth and positive impact. Floris previously served as Head of Development at major pan-European real estate companies, including Delin and Mirastar, further enhancing his deep industry knowledge and leadership skills.

Ingrid Delgado – Finance Associate

Ingrid is a Finance Associate with a solid foundation in financial analysis and reporting. With experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, Ingrid plays a key role in supporting our financial operations and strategic planning. Her expertise in analyzing financial data and managing financial transactions contributes to the effective management of our investments and overall financial health.

Nick van den heuvel – Asset Manager

Nick is an asset manager with circa 10 years of experience. He previously worked with Cushman & Wakefield where he initially gained experience in the valuation department and later became an rounded professional in the MidCap team of Industrial & Logistics.

Nicks experience and analytical skills ensure that our portfolio is well managed and seeks innovative ways to maximize value.

As an Asset Manager at URBZ, Nick is a prime contact for our customers and brokers and responsible for day-to-day management of the portfolio. 

Milan Ijben – Associate

Milan is a skilled Real Estate Associate with a strong background in evaluating and managing real estate investments. Milan's experience includes working at Valor Real Estate Partners, where he gained valuable insights into market trends and asset performance. At URBZ, Milan leverages this expertise to provide critical analysis and support for our investment strategies, helping to drive informed decision-making and enhance our portfolio.

Jeroen In den Kleef – Asset Manager

Jeroen is a seasoned real estate professional who was the first to join the company after its founding. With extensive experience across various fields, including finance, acquisitions, and asset management, Jeroen has worked on a pan-European basis with reputable firms such as Prologis, Frasers, and Edmond de Rothschild REIM. His broad expertise and strategic insight play a crucial role in optimizing our asset performance and driving long-term value.

Ali Nassiri – Co-founder & Managing Partner

Ali is the founder of URBZ, established in 2020, and brings extensive experience across Europe, the US, the Middle East, and Asia. Prior to founding URBZ Capital, he accumulated over 10 years of experience at Prologis, where he was a key member of the European executive committee from 2017, holding senior executive positions such as Head of European Acquisitions, Fund Manager and Head of Fund Management. In his role as Head of Fund Management, he oversaw a portfolio, valued at approximately €20 billion, as well as a global institutional investor base of over 100 LPs. Before his tenure at Prologis, Ali worked at ING REIM (CBRE IM), where he was responsible for European acquisitions in logistics real estate. During his career, Ali was actively involved in a variety of European acquisitions, M&A, disposals, and financings, with a total investment value of more than €15 billion.

Ali’s leadership and strategic expertise have consistently delivered significant value for customers and investors, driving substantial growth and success in the real estate sector.

Thijmen van Noppen – Analyst

Thijmen is an Investment Analyst with a strong analytical accumen.

The financial background of Thijmen started in Amsterdam at the VU, where he studied a BSc Economics & Business Economics,  while also doing an exchange semester at LUISS Guido Carli in Rome, among which he studied Real Estate Finance. After graduating cum laude, he followed a MSc Finance at Tilburg University, specialising in Sustainable Finance. Thijmen finalized his studies with a thesis on ‘Pricing Circularity in direct Real Estate’, which was graded cum laude too. Thijmen can be characterized as eager to learn and disciplined.  

Isabelle Schols – Investment Manager

Isabelle is a rounded investment professional with over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry. She has held key roles with major companies such as Savills and NSI. As an Investment Manager at URBZ, Isabelle is responsible for driving the growth of our portfolio, leveraging her extensive industry knowledge and strategic insight to enhance our investment strategies and achieve our goals.

Bram Verhoeven – Co-founder & Managing Partner

Bram is the founder of URBZ, established in 2020, and brings deep expertise in the industrial and logistics real estate sector. With nearly 20 years of experience, including almost 15 years at Prologis, Bram has consistently driven growth and delivered significant value to customers and stakeholders. At Prologis, he was a key member of the European executive committee from 2017, holding senior executive positions such as Head of the Benelux and Head of Northern Europe.

He was actively involved in a variety of European real estate acquisitions and development projects, with a total investment value of more than €10 billion. In this role as Head of Northern Europe, Bram was responsible for the operations in the Benelux, Germany and the Nordics and a portfolio valued at nearly €7 billion, demonstrating his proven track record in asset management, capital deployment and the development of logistics real estate.

Bram’s leadership and strategic expertise have led to substantial growth and success in the real estate sector.

Adam Wagenheim – Finance Manager

Adam, our accomplished Finance Manager, brings extensive expertise in the real estate sector. With a solid foundation in financial management, strategic planning, and investment analysis, he plays a pivotal role in maintaining the financial strength of both our company and real estate portfolio. His areas of expertise include budgeting, financial forecasting, and performance optimization, all of which support our strategic goals. Adam also oversees the company’s financial oversight, supervises internal management controls, and maintains strong relationships with lenders. His leadership ensures robust financial governance and consistently drives value creation across our investments.
