Last Mile Venture initiated in 2021 with Ivanhoe Cambridge (CDPQ) focused on building a portfolio of last mile assets in major Northern European conurbations.

Industrial Outside Storage (IOS)

The IOS venture with NW1 Partners is a closed-end vehicle supported by major global institutional capital partners. It targets sourcing and aggregating Industrial Outdoor Storage properties in logistics locations within the nation’s top markets.

Mid Box logistics real estate

In partnership with Grosvenor, our Midbox Logistics venture focuses on building a portfolio of logistics facilities in key logistics hubs across the Netherlands. This involves acquiring both leased and vacant assets, with a "brown-to-green" strategy applied where needed.
