Renovation of urban logistics facility in Munich

Located in Karlsfeld, just 20 minutes from Munich city center, this facility offers an excellent last-mile location to serve the Munich metropolitan area.

Acquired vacant, "Munich 1" was immediately upgraded to modern standards. Key improvements included replacing the gas heating system with district heating for an "all-electric" solution, updating dock equipment and installations, and renovating the façade and office spaces. Now fully modernized, the facility accommodates a diverse range of tenants.
