URBZ Capital is a young real estate boutique focused on asset management, acquisitions and development management within the urban industrial (last mile) real estate sector with an intense focus on creating societally and environmentally accretive last mile assets. Together with our various blue-chip investors, we are in the growth phase of the company within Northern Europe. To facilitate and accelerate this growth, we are expanding our team and looking for no-nonsense and entrepreneurial talent who want to contribute to and be part of this journey!
About the role
URBZ Capital is looking for a talented intern with strong analytical skills to join our Investment & Asset Management team. This is a unique opportunity for students in business economics, econometrics, finance, or mathematics to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of real estate investments. In this role, you will support data analysis, assist in preparing investment proposals, and optimize financial models. Working closely with our experienced team, you’ll gain insights into real estate finance and asset management within a fast-paced environment.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong quantitative skills: You have a knack for data analysis and are proficient in Excel and other analytical tools.
- Analytical and detail-oriented: You can translate complex data into clear insights.
- Interest in real estate and finance: You have a passion for financial topics and a curiosity about the real estate sector.
