URBZ Capital acquires a modern logistics facility on behalf of Ivanhoé Cambridge in Eindhoven

Ivanhoé Cambridge as capital partner and URBZ Capital (“URBZ”) announce their fourth acquisition in Eindhoven, the Netherlands.

The premises is a double fronted, high-throughput logistics facility and comprises approximately 12,900 sqm, which are currently leased to two tenants. It is situated on approximately 1.8 hectare of freehold land and complies with modern specifications for logistics/ last mile use.

The property is located in business park Flight Forum next to Eindhoven Airport, with close access to the A2 highway and 10 minutes drive time to Eindhoven CBD. With these characteristics, the building is well suited to accommodate either freight (forwarding), logistics or last mile customers.
