A responsibility

We have a responsibility to look further than financial returns. So, we have injected ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) into our DNA. Our core business is investing in urban real estate, but we want to contribute by making a difference today. It is our duty to employ ESG as an investment factor. This will eventually result in more attractive and viable financial returns in the future. We want to create sustainable real estate and offer our customers the possibility to further build upon a CO2 neutral last mile. By doing all this, we want to make things just a little bit better than yesterday. We also understand that we need to put these words into action. So, we will hold ourselves accountable by making the following commitments:

  1. URBZ Capital will be CO2 neutral
  2. 100% of our buildings will be benchmarked against our URBZ standard®
  3. 10% of our annual net profit is given back to local charity initiatives in the cities and communities that we are active in, managed through our non-profit foundation “URBZ Society”.
